Today we had a Chili Cookoff at work. My department was in charge of it and we had a lot of fun! Will post pics later, still need to upload them.
My contribution was a turkey chili recipe that was really easy, and I got a lot of compliments on. Basically, I browned a lb of ground turkey, and then threw it in the crockpot for 8 hours on low with half a diced onion, a can of lowfat tomato soup, 2 cans of rotel, a big can of kidney beans, a small can of black beans, and then some cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper and garlic salt. It smelled SO GOOD!
Here are some pics!

The spread...we had 10 crockpots of chili, plus everything that goes with it from cheese, to onions, to sourcream. We even had a surprise plate of tamales!
